<p>Let me tell you about an evening when I got a huge amount of stuff done.

I read several chapters of a book I had always wanted to read, I listened to two albums, went shopping at 7 Eleven, did an exercise routine with push ups, sit ups and stretches, had several cups of coffee and perfected a juggling trick. All of this sounds great – only problem is I had an exam at 9am the next morning. I got a lot of stuff done but unfortunately not the one thing that really mattered that evening.</p>
<p>Sometimes it’s easy to rush around getting things done but miss out on the thing that really matters.</p>
